Cabins are built using H4 150x100 skids, 140x45 joists and rafters. Floor is H3 treated strand floor or plywood, wall frames are 90x45 treated timber

Granny flats
Potentially the government is introducing new rules for buildings up to 60m which mean a licensed builder can build a self contained unit up to 60m without a building consent. They have to be built to code by a licensed builder and meet the new insulation requirements. Hopefully the new rules will be introduced mid 2025 so here are our prices.​
