We can supply tiny homes that are 90% finished we would leave some internal panels off so you can install your own plumbing. We can either supply the plumbing, shower, vanity, toilet and kitchen for you to install at an extra cost or you can supply and install your own.

10mx3m 1 or 2 bed $55,000

All the external sheets will be on and painted, double glazed windows and doors installed, all the electrics will be finished with a certificate, internal linings, insulation, architrave and skirting board will be installed were possible any not fitted will be cut and ready for installation.

This price does not include internal painting or floor coverings
